We offer free USPS ground shipping on all orders in the U.S.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Processing time may increase during sales and holidays.
Once your order has been shipped delivery time within the U.S. is 1-7 business days depending on your location and shipping selection at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options within the U.S.:
USPS Ground (free) – Delivery in 1 to 7 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail – Delivery in 1 to 3 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail Express – Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL:
We offer international shipping worldwide with multiple transit options.
Please note USPS requires several weeks for international transits and only provides tracking within the United States, after which your local post office assumes responsibility.
Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, import duties, and taxes vary by country and are the sole responsibility of you, the recipient.
These fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information.
All international orders are final sales.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER -
You will automatically receive an email with a link to your tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your package as it makes its way to your doorstep.
CANCELING A PLACED ORDER -
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hrs from the time the order is placed.
Please note that we are unable to cancel or change orders for customizable items that have started production.
REDIRECTING A PLACED ORDER -
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS directly.
Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information.
LOST PACKAGES -
If your package is lost in transit please contact your local postal service.
We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit or delivery.
If you purchased Insured Shipping you can file a claim with USPS to recover or refund you for the lost package.
