RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 5-day return policy
To return an item please contact support@vivianfeilerdesigns.com for a return authorization number.
Please mark the shipping packaging with the Return Authorization number and returned the item back to us within 5 business days.
Returns will processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the package at our studio. A refund will appear on your account within 2 to 5 business days (depending on your account) from the day your refund was processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item(s).
We do not accept responsibility for any returned items damaged during transit. Please insure your package to avoid incurring additional costs.
Can I return customizable items?
We accept returns for the following customizable (i.e., length, pearl color) items:
All other special or custom orders are *final sales*
Can I return multiple jewelry items at the same time?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry pieces purchased in multiple (3 or more) quantities. If you are planning to purchase multiple orders of the same necklace, earrings, or jewelry sets we suggest ordering one piece first to see if you like the jewelry.
What if I want to exchange my item?
Exchanges are handled just like returns. Email us at support@vivianfeilerdesigns.com for a Return Authorization number and return the item for a full refund. Then place an order for the new item. Please note shipping fees are not refundable on exchanged items.

What if I want to customize my order?
If you would like to customize one of our jewelry pieces contact support@vivianfeilerdesigns.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my item needs to be repaired?
Repairs are free of charge within 90 days of your purchase date. Please note that our merchandise changes often and some materials may not be available for repair. Should this happen we will notify you immediately and make every attempt to find a suitable replacement.
Can I buy a single earring to replace the one I've lost?
Yes. Single earring are sold for half the price of the original pair. In some cases the original earring may need to be sent back to us so we can properly match the finish, pearl color, and stone color. Please note our merchandise changes often and an exact replacement may not always be possible. We apologize in advance if this is the case.
